Alexandra has appeared in over 100 feature films and television series, typically in the role of the second or first female lead. Her 5-year-long role as the main character in Baywatch as Lt. Stephanie Holden has earned her international recognition. Alexandra is the owner of her own business in wellness coaching. A health coach, Alexandra is able to coach clients over phones across the world and gives talks for groups on ways to alter their lifestyles to lead a healthier lifestyle and a more fulfilling life.
